All bookings are processed based on confirmed commitments with third-party suppliers, and therefore, strict refund and cancellation conditions apply.
1. Booking Confirmation
- Once a booking has been confirmed and payment is received (partial or full), all hotel, transport, and airline reservations are immediately secured with our service partners.
- The customer acknowledges that these bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- If a customer cancels their Umrah package, hotel reservation, or any service after confirmation, no refund shall be issued for the paid amount.
- Cancellations due to change of mind, travel delay, visa rejection, or any personal reason are not eligible for refund or credit.
- Safar Al Umrah LLC is not responsible for delays or denials in visa issuance from Saudi authorities or consulate offices.
3. Airline Tickets
- Refunds (if any) for air tickets will be processed strictly according to the respective airline’s policy.
- Service fees, processing charges, and any airline penalties will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
- If the ticket is issued under a non-refundable fare, no refund will be applicable.
4. Partial or No-Show Policy
- Failure to show up for travel or to utilize booked services will be treated as a cancellation and will not qualify for any refund.
- Early departures, late arrivals, or unused portions of a package will not be refunded or adjusted.
5. Force Majeure
- Safar Al Umrah LLC will not be held liable or obligated to refund any amount in case of natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, airline changes, or similar uncontrollable circumstances.
6. Refund Timeline (If Applicable)
- In rare cases where a refund is applicable (such as partial airline refund), the process may take 30–60 business days, depending on third-party response times.
- Safar Al Umrah LLC reserves the right to deduct administrative, service, and processing fees before issuing any refund.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Safar Al Umrah LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms mentioned in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the company’s refund and cancellation terms.
